About the Facilitator

Nathan Gehlert, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology and executive educator specializing in leadership development and sustainable performance. He works with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen alignment, deepen trust, and translate strategy into consistent leadership behavior.

With more than 18 years of international experience in psychology and counseling, Dr. Gehlert brings a rare combination of behavioral science expertise and real-world facilitation. His work bridges research and practice, helping organizations operate effectively under growth, complexity, and pressure.
