Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional and relational challenges.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore emotional, relational, or professional challenges with structure and clarity. We work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

Sessions focus on understanding patterns, strengthening coping skills, and developing practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.

Couples & family therapy

Couples therapy

Couples therapy provides a structured space to examine communication patterns, address sources of conflict, and strengthen mutual understanding. We work with couples navigating recurring arguments, trust concerns, life transitions, and questions about long-term direction.

Sessions focus on improving emotional regulation, clarifying interaction cycles, and developing practical tools that support shared responsibility and sustainable relational change.

Family therapy

Family therapy addresses relational patterns within the broader family system. We work with families navigating communication breakdowns, parent–child conflict, developmental transitions, and periods of stress or adjustment.

Sessions focus on clarifying roles, improving communication, and building practical strategies that support both individual growth and family stability.

Therapy is available in both English and Vietnamese languages, with careful attention to cultural context and communication preferences.

Group therapy

Who it’s for

Group therapy offers a structured, professionally facilitated environment where members explore relational patterns in real time. It is especially helpful for individuals navigating stress, burnout, communication challenges, or recurring interpersonal dynamics.

In a professionally facilitated and confidential setting, members explore these dynamics in real time rather than only discussing them abstractly. Through guided conversation and experiential exercises, participants receive thoughtful feedback, practice expressing needs clearly, and experiment with new ways of responding.

Because the group becomes a structured relational environment, the insights and skills developed in session often transfer directly into everyday life at home, school, and work. Many clients find that changes practiced within the group lead to stronger communication, greater confidence, and more stable relationships outside of it.

Our current groups

The Growth Circle: A supportive therapy group for high schoolers to build confidence, manage stress, and strengthen communication in a safe, guided space. Through conversation and hands-on activities, members learn practical skills for navigating emotions, relationships, and school life with greater ease.

The Insight Space: An experiential therapy group for adults seeking deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a more balanced emotional life. Members gain insight through real-time interaction, feedback, and meaningful connection with others.
