Discovering Your Brain: Learn It. Train It. Care for It - Building Healthy Brain Habits

During Brain Awareness Week, we invite parents, teachers, and students to explore one of the most powerful tools we all carry - the brain.

In partnership with A Brainy Chat, this two-part workshop series is designed to bridge neuroscience and everyday practice, equipping adults with science-based insights and empowering children with practical brain skills they can use immediately.

Part 2: For Children (Ages 6–12)

Discovering Your Brain: Learn It. Train It. Care for It - Building Healthy Brain Habits

Your brain is your superpower.

The better you care for it, the stronger it becomes.

In this interactive, fun workshop, children will explore how their brain works and learn simple habits that support focus, calmness, and healthy growth.

Children will:

  • Discover how their brain helps them think and feel

Learn how sleep, movement, and screen time affect the brain

Practice simple tools to calm and focus their mind

Create their own Brain Health Plan.
