Led in partnership with A Brainy Chat, the session helps children understand the brain as their “superpower” while learning simple habits that support focus, calmness, and healthy growth. Through engaging activities, children will explore how sleep, movement, and screen time affect the brain and practice practical tools to strengthen healthy brain habits.
